Hello beautiful alopecians .

I bought a synthetic hair wig, but it's realy too long and too thick, did anyone try to cut a synthetic wig, if yes , how to cut it? because I don't want to ruin it .

Thanks

I have my stnthetic wigs cut, I see a wig stylist who does an excellent job. I wear a bob and like the sides shorter than the wigs original style. I advise you dont attempt to cut it yourself. If you are in the UK please look up Trevor Sorbie's 'my new hair' for a list of trained wig stylists. If you are in the USA I suggest you ask the lovely ladies on www.wigsupport.com for advice on finding a trained wig stylist.

Getting a wig trimmed/cut really makes it perfect for your face and features, it makes them look very natural.

I am sure you will look beautiful in your new hair.
Thank you Debs for you advice, I'll be looking for a trained wig stylist, I'm not sur that I'll find someone good in my country ( north africa - Algeria ), but I'll look for a good hair stylist.
Thanks again.
