First I want to say...thanks to everyone who is on this site whom have posted there experiences and journey dealing with hair loss. I think I have been shedding hair for a long time now...but I had a miscarriage a little over a year ago and since then my hair loss has progressed. Totally terrified. I am still ttc and am scared at what will happen afterwards. I have a wonderful husband who is full of support...but it is such a scary thing to deal with. I want to start wearing wigs to get used to the idea...but i am unsure as to what I would use when swiming, excersising...etc. I like to live a social and active life....I would like to use front lace wigs with glues or tape but any advice or guidance is appreciated.

Hello MJ I am a mother and wife. My most support comes from my husband and kids but its a few i trust with my condition. I have alopecia totalis i have since i was 16 and now 32. I have for the the most part of my life used a wig cap & glued tracks to my head creating any style i want but i have also tried wigs & front laces. I love the front lace wigs they create that natural looking hair line that i dont have but i have always felt like my wig will fall off so thats why i do the stocking cap & tracks for the most part. but wigs may work perfect for u. Its still a struggle for me with my condition but I still take it day by day & try everything possible to feel comfy, i always use an old wig ive made when i go swimming & just put a swim cap over it like its my real hair, i just make sure its on tight. I used to be really depressed but now its only when i try a style & fail but WE are still BEAUTIFUL, so that keeps me going. Anyhow good luck with things & Im here if u have any questions i may can answer even though i stopped my treatments years ago i have tried everything.

If interested please read the articles, personally I owe it to myself to read up on this current break through information. we are all victims of this current situation. If you wish to read the article just go to www.bacteriality.com and read Dr. Randalls discoveries on biofilm bacteria.
and also check out the Marshall protocol websites google Dr.Trevor Marshall or google the marshall protocol. I hope this information consoles every one who reads it in some way.
If you believe in this movement please let the word out contact your primary care physicians and inform them of this breakthrough information give them the websites so they can read the published articles and read about the current conferences and currently ongoing human trials in effect.
