NHS

Hi can anyone help me with any information please, I need to become NHS registered so I can help people who get some support from the NHS I know it’s not many but at the moment they is nothing I can do to help them because I am not NHS registered.
I have tried and tried but no joy 
I am in the UK.
I would be so grateful for any information and so will the people who come to me for help.
