I just washed my hybrid synthetic/human hair shampoo for the first time.  It's from Hats with Hair.  My previous one was synthetic, but they've changed it to a hybrid now.

I bought Cinderella Hair shampoo for human hair wigs, and it smells like the perm solution I used to use when I would perm my hair as a teen!

Can anybody recommend a nice-smelling human hair shampoo? Nothing too sweet, but not perm-y smelling either.

Thanks!

Kerastase is really good but expensive. I like their Nutri-Thermique line for dry/sensitized hair, and their Resistance Force Architect for damaged hair.

I also really like Macadamia Oil products like this one: http://www.ulta.com/ulta/browse/productDetail.jsp?productId=xlsImpp... and they make a really good sulfate free shampoo as well. Of all of the products I have for my wigs, this one smells the best by far!

Hi Aimee

I was reluctant to answer as I really am not sure what shampoo would be recommended for syn/human combination wig.  But I can tell you what we use for my daughters Freedom Wigs.  Shwarskopf (sp?) Bonacure.  It's a nice smell well giving great results with moisture and care of hair.  Another Brand I personally like is Keratase.

I love the Redken shampoos and conditioners.  My current one smells fantastic…not too strong.

I use DermOrganic products on my HH. Sulfate free. Smells great. Since it is a piece, you can leave the conditioning mask on a little longer than you would bio hair.  I also use the leave in condition to protect from heat.  I try to let mine dry naturally and then use a flat iron on it.

Did you get a full piece from Hats with Hair or is it a Hat?
