I have had hairloss now for years. But the last few months has been the worst. Several years ago I had 5 scalp biopies that confirmed I just had T.E. and that it would stop (kinda wrong there). But I have pain sometimes in which my scalp burns in different areas and then I have this kind (like today) where it feels like my skull had been beaten with a hammer and it is worse in the areas where I have the biopsy scars. Sound familiar to anyone? As if wearing a hairpiece wasn't hard enough...this really makes it challenging.

up your intake of EFA essential fatty acids from fish, flax and hemp seed oils and take turmeric capsules 500mg twice daily
also take some olive oil and rub it into your scalp using your fingertips for 5 minutes and wipe the excess off with a paper towel every night before you go to bed
Wow MIke-I have actually been using Tumeric and got some relief. I just switched to Cucurmin which is suppose to be the root of tumeric. I also take fish oil-can't do flax due to thyroid. I have also been using Rosemary oil. It seems to come and go. Thanks for the tips! God bless.
