Has anyone tried OOKISA (a "high end" shampoo) on their human hair wig? It's supposed to improve body, texture, and shine.

Yes, it does all those things. I tried it on my Russian HH, but caveat about the ubiquitous online offer.

The fine print is very fine and is not disclosed up front. When you get their full size samples you are unknowingly agreeing to a membership with regular deliveries billed to your cc and it's very expensive. There are countless consumer complaints against their deceptive 'free' sample offer. It can be done ( i did it) but it takes a lot of effort to return the full size bottles( empty is better and cheaper to ship so transfer the product first) if you don't want to continue the offer. You have to get their RMA number and put it on the package to return the empties. You can make deals with them on the phone to space out the deliveries and omit the follicle serum in exchange for more shampoo/conditioner. By the time I got on the phone and learned all that I already had the empties packed for return so I didn't bother to negotiate. I didn't see how I could possibly use that much product anyway, unless I was to stock pile it and then cancel the membership or share the product with someone who would use more of it.

If you can find it in a store, I would say get it.

The reviews on the internet are all over the place. I thought it was exceptionally good for my wig ( unprocessed hair) The reviews are from people using it on bio hair in every condition of hair that hair can be in, so hard to tell. Most are saying they can't justify the price.
