Parts growing thicker and thicker

So among my patches it seems that my parts are growing thicker and thicker. Does anyone have experience with this?

It will, some areas will take off like wild fire while other areas need an AED!! I have multiple areas of round spots, to include I lost my thick eyebrows. I started on clobetasol and pulse
Therapy of pregnosone 5mg every other day and biotin and beta carotene. Eyebrows grew back fast , thick and long and currently starting to go from white to color.
