I just found out about Raynaud's Disease or Phenomena in which one's fingers and toes are having circulatory problems and sometimes they might even get blue / white, etc.

A sign of this is also the longitudinally striped fingernails and toenails.

I was wondering is this perhaps also a contributing factor to alopecia? How many of you have you experienced cold fingers and toes - for myself, that's a very common thing happening (I even have longitudinal striations on my nails).

here's the wikipedia page:

In general is not very warm in Netherlands, with the exception of few summer days. But I know that on average my hands and feet are colder than for most of the people. I can literaaly send shivers on the back of someone if I touch her / him. Even now in a room pretty warm (round 20) My fingers are white.

I have Reynaud's also. My fingers can turn white even in the Summer here in FL in a/c sometimes. Gotta love it. I am always cold in general. Also if preparing food that is cold, my fingers will turn blue.
