redness/irritation/itchiness around eyelids and brow area

I have no eyebrows or eyelashes. Sometimes my eyelids and around inner and outer eye lid area itches and becomes red or pink. Same with my brow area. Does anyone else ever experience this.
Not sure if it's makeup or sometimes my bangs (human hair wig)cause this!
