Regrowth?

Quick background: Started with AA at 4 years old, 25% fell out and returned within a year. At 11 years old 50% fell out and returned. The. Finally at 13-14 years old all of my scalp hair had fallen out. I did various treatments, which none worked so I have been dealing with wigs for almost 10 years, I am now 23 years old.
Two years ago I noticed some spontaneous regrowth in a few spots which then turned into 75% of my scalp hair returning. I have not done ANY treatments. The hair is continously regrowing very slowly, but definitely happening.

I was wondering if anyone else had experienced this or has any important info to offer! I really don't want to get my hopes up too much.
