Ruxolitinob (X-e-l-j-a-n-z) for cheap ?

Hello guys, coming straight to the point, i found the compound that the evil money milking cow coughs*P-Fi-zer* sells for thousands of dollars for relatively low price on Made in China. They are selling it for a price that surely we all can afford. So my question is why don't we buy and use it ? The ones that this evil companies sell in a 60 tablet box which if i am not mistaken at 10mg per tablet, equates to around 600mg of the compund we need, That's less than A GRAM. The rest of the Ingredient of the Tablet is unknown to me as i never had the opportunity to afford it myself. But i am kinda sure its just 10mg of Ruxolitinib with the rest of the tablet being some filler. Please correct me if i am wrong. I hope this is something we all can consider. What do you guys think? Is it Gold or it isn't ? 

Edit: Sorry its Tofacitinib thats in XELJanz, but even that is available for the same cheap price.

Edit 2: If you look at the CAS number of the product both on that Chinese website and the Wiki pages of  Ruxolitinib and Tofacitinib its the same thing. So this must be the same thing. Is something wrong with me or is something wrong with the way the world works? o.o

This could be really great if its the real deal for us. 
Hopefully someone with some Chemical knowledge could shed some light on this. Note that some of them even provide free samples provided we pay the shipping cost. If only we could test it and find out this would make all our lives much easier for those who cant afford to sell Kidneys to get Hair.

Thanks for the interest, I buy it in turkey at the price of 550 euro, it would be nice news to find xeljanz cheaper, did you try to buy it?

Nope i didn't, and i wont be buying it because i cant validate it and have limited means of buying things from over seas. Think Lack of Credit Card. Also i would like an experts opinion on the whole matter, like is it possible to validate the Product we receive etc..
Remember its something i found on the Internet, it could be legit, they could be selling the REAL DEAL on the other hand they can also be giving us a FAKE product, and possible even dangerous, although i highly doubt if they would sell something dangerous this publicly on the internet.

The best option is for someone to validate whats really happening. :)
