Semi-permanent eyebrows

Hey all! I hope everyone had a Merry Christmas!  I need help on this one...

I am debating semi permanent eyebrows.  If anyone can give me any advice here I would greatly appreciate it.  The one place that I have found in Winston Salem, NC charges $50 for a consultation and then $350 for the procedure.  Is this typical?  Does anyone know of any places around the Triad, NC or in the Charlotte area?

This seems very inexpensive. Be very careful who you choose for this delicate procedure!

i am semipermanent artist in Uk...please be careful, do your online research before you go anywhear...hairstroke technique is the think that you looking for for your brows...also ask about pigments that technician using too its very important...if you live in US its worth to go see my friend Mary Ritcherson try google ger or find her on facebook...
