Shaved but patch is noticeable

I shaved my very long hair completely off but the patch is still noticeable. It looks like a patch of missing hair follicles. Does everyone else's look like this when they shave ?

Hi

As Wise1 has said this is very normal even when you shave your hair as close as possible. I have heard some men have got tattoo's over their heads that look like stubble (hair). I'm sorry I can't give you a lot of information about what this is but maybe if you google it you will find someone that can help.

Yes mine looks like that too. Even when I shave completely bald you can see the discoloration on my scalp.
