Shaving with Alopecia Barbea

I got my alopecia on my beard for like 3 years. I started using Aplicort for it. Some white hairs are regrowing. Should i still shave my beard and those white hairs or should i leave it in peace and let them regrow and become stronger with my natular colour ? Also, should I keep using Aplicort on those white new hairs?
