Hello..

first of all thankyou to all that contribute to this site, without it i would have no idea which way to turn and some of the storys that i read on here are inspiring !

So i am a British man in my 40s living in Germany and have alopecia from an early age of about 8 years old..my hair has come and gone throughout my life but for the last 10 years have complete body hair loss apart from some fine hair on my arms and legs(although its only a little).

I did have some cortisone injections on my eyebrows for a while which temporarily gave me some eyebrow hair but it would always return back to hairless within a month or two.

I have been using an eyebrow pencil every morning to create the illusion which takes time as my eyesight is not the best to be honest and so now i am looking for another solution if possible.

So does anyone know if the Xeljanz treatment is available here in Germany or does anyone know if there is a good SMP clinic around that caters for men that icludes both eyebrows and scalp and that is good? i have looked at some online pictures and to be honest there are some good and not so good procedures available.
