Hello Everyone it is my first time posting on here i have alopecia areata i am 22 years of age and have had it for about 3.5 years now. i have currently lost all eyebrow hair and losing lots of my lashes. i have lost i would say about 50% of my hair however i am lucky enough to be able to hide it as it is all underneath then on top of my head. however lately it has been getting really bad. As a young adult i have confident issues, and was wondering if there is hope to growing my hair back or my lashes thickening up again?? Can anyone recommend treatment for lashes and hair that i can get done at the doctors?? Also how do you guys deal with accepting that your losing your hair. I once had beautiful thick long hair and i just want it back! :(
