Symmetrical AA?

This might sound a little weird, but does anyone else have symmetrical spots? The random nature of AA leaves me clueless as to why mine is following a pattern.

One spot on the nape of my neck - both sides.
One spot on the top of each ear.
One spot on the top/back of my head - both sides.
One spot on the back of each arm in the same location.

Other than those, I have one on my right wrist and one that is on top of my left ear... though I'm pretty sure I am also getting one on top of the left!

Hi Sunflower25, I had symmetry for several years, in fact when I was diagnosed I had two perfectly symmetrical spots on either side of my head above both ears. No one really explained why, it was incredibly interesting though!
