I have so many wigs, that probably would be good to wear, if they were thinned out. I bought some thinning shears, but then returned them. It was too hard, and I was afraid I would cut too much. I have never gotten a wig thinned before, because it would cost extra,and end result, will I even wear it? And I buy online to save money, and then you have to put money into thinning. And what happens if they make a mess? You still have to pay, and have a wig you can't wear. I would like to find a HH wig but my fear also is to then have it cut and styled, and what happens if again, they ruin it? I mean, it is not like it is your own hair and would grow back after a bad hair cut, righ?

I took it to my regular stylist that I used when I needed a hair cut. She carefully cut a little bit off the bangs and it made such a difference. I told her she was just going to have to learn about cutting and thinning wigs now. She was great. I liked the wig better with the bangs cut. I also buy online, my problem is finding the right color.

Yes, they can. You could call around to some hair salons and ask if anyone has experience with cutting a wig. Or if you have someone that you have gone to in the past that you trust, ask them if they would mind cutting the wig.
