Don't let it 'gobble you up'. You are still you and have control over what happens in your life, just not your hair.

I feel that way sometimes too. LIke I'm too young to be losing my hair and I have too much other stuff to deal with, and now this?? I am a stay at home mom with 2 boys, ages 10 and 12. My 12 yr old has autism and needs a lot of my attention. He is verbal but needs a lot of supervision and at times it can be very stressful. My husband nearly had a heart attack last year and had an angioplasty and two stents put in his heart. Right after that I had major hair loss probably from the stress. I was diagnoses this spring with FFA. Meanwhile I am trying to lose weight and get healthier for my family. I just don't need any more crap ya know!! Sorry!!! oh well, I just try to take it one day at a time.
