Hi everyone. I’m 33/male from Singapore. Apparently our local skin dermatologist only able to prescribe oral steroid and injections to our hair loss problem. I had been trying for 20 years and not much result. I’m suffering about 40% hair loss and it’s disrupting my life since I was 13.
I had read many posts from fellow members and realised that there are many treatments available such as xejianz And you can get generic xejianz at https://www.ambitree.in/en/34-rheumatoid-arthritis.

Unfortunately, I’m unable to find a topical version online as I’m not keen to consume medicine that will disrupt my immune system. Therefore I’m looking for a topical version of it. Any kind soul can able to provide information about getting Topical Tofacitinib Cream online without prescription as I’m unable to produce any prescription from our local Doctors.

Please help.
