If it miraculously reversed a genetic condition, don't you think it would have been on www.naaf.org or the news by now? Ignor false sales pitches. AA grows in by itself (sometimes) in 3 months.

 To answer your question no, I don't think that if a reliable treatment is found that the NAAF will be the first. 
We cannot just have hope for one source to come up with a cure or successful treatment. In addition, if I'm not mistaking there is a possible future cure due to an injection to a couple 
of mice that grew hair. Also, there's a present successful treatment that people here has comment on. The treatment is presented by DR. Shmuel gonen. 
My opinion , people shouldn't be shallow minded and just wait for one source. Let's keep reading, study and expand our horizon for our cure.
