Hi
There are a couple of support groups based in the Uk. The first that comes to mind is BE BOLD. Do a search and you will see they hold a conference for children and adults every year.
If I can pass on any further info just pop in and say hi. My daughter lost her hair when she was 12 years old - she is now 21, so hopefully my experiences may make things a little easier.

thanks rose, we are members of bebold, it is a great website and has a facebook page but we are still struggling to find local teenagers with alopoecia. julia is doing well with her wig but hasn't done gym at school this week as, worried bout getting changed and what if her wig comes off doing strenuous excersise, so we gonna test it out this weekend. lol.xxx
