Waterproof brows

I just read about a product called Brow Power. Has anyone tried this? I don't want to buy anything else (I already have three products, two of which were expensive mistakes) unless it really works. It's supposed to stimulate hair growth which I am very skeptical about but if it will stay on in the water, that would be great.
