I have FPHL but never noticed my "awesome" nape line. Didn't know I had neck "sideburns". Also the indents in the "M" shape are super smooth. I never looked at it and don't get my hair cut very often. I was so concerned with my disappearing temples and sides...So does anyone else see AA here or is it from my FPHL/TE? Anyone have a hairline in back like this before hair loss? I have a new derm appointment but I don't know if he has ever seen Diffuse AA or anything. It's a small town. Thank you.
