What should I do?

I've had alopecia now for quite some time. I've seen a dermitologist but they've pretty much said theres nothing they can do for me. I just don't know whether i should buy a human hair or synthetic hair wig. and where should i get it from. thanks

Hi Aimee.,thanks for the advice. i've had a look and  they look really good. i think i might look into  getting  one. They do look pretty thick. so yes it might be a problem for sumer.
