Where do you get your wig 'fixed'?

Hi!

I just purchased a custom wig online and really like the hair but it doesn't fit. I obviously measured my head all wrong, it's too big and the sideburns need to be fixed. I used to go to this amazing woman in Southern California but now I live on the East Coast and can't find anyone to help. I need it to be taken in, the lace cut and the knots bleached. Has anyone ever bleached their own knots? I've seen people do it on YouTube and have been successful. I'm also looking for a place online that sells clear thread so I can fix a rip in my current wig. Any info would be so appreciated! Thanks!
