Hi

I'm not sure what is happening, but I feel when there is an issue with your hair/wig it is always good to go back to see the people you bought it from as they will fully understand what hair is in your wig and be able to pass on the best maintenance for their product.

When you talk to the people you bought it from find out if your hair is processed human hair or unprocessed virgin human hair their is a vast difference between these two hair types even though they are both (obviously) human hair).  This can impact on tangling etc.

It could be the wig was improperly made. if the hair is not attached in the same direction (like how it grew on someones head), it will mat. I hope its not that!!! :(

You have bad hair. Make them take it back and insist on a refund!! This is nothing you are doing. If it is new human hair it should not mat, it was probably over processed and a bad batch of hair. But once you get your money back and get a replacement for your next wig make sure you use sulfate free shampoo and conditioners. Use ceramic ionic hair dryers and ionic curling irons or straighteners. Good luck and do not let the wig company tell you sorry no refunds.
