Wig Pro Wigs - Human Hair Wigs getting knotted
Just wondering if anyone has had a problem with a human hair from Wig Pro. I returned a human hair wig back to them for inspection over 2 months ago. I got so many excuses as to why it was taking so long, finally after telling them I was ready to call my credit card company they tell me they cannot help me.
I have purchased many wigs from this company and know what is normal and what isn't. From day one the nape of the wig was getting knotted but not your average knots, these were just so thick and dense. They told me that it was due to "excessive sweating." I wore the wig in January in the Northeast - we have 20 degree days. I am not a sweater to begin with but certainly never in the middle of winter. I was just wondering if anyone has had this type of knotting problem with a human hair wig or any problems with Wig Pro in general. I am so disappointed I am out the money for this wig :(.

I wore human hair wigs in the past, and found when the wig got old, dry, it knotted so bad, I had to sloth conditioner on it to begin the detangling. I would wonder if they used an old weft of hair by chance? Not sure about where you are, but in Canada credit card companies only have 126 days to credit, so put in a case ASAP. Also, I would advise this wig company that you have alot of bald friends, and will make sure every one of us knows your story...if it doesn't help, it might at least clear some anger out of your soul. Also, you can put a case by BBB (betterbusinessbureau)....they will investigate Blessings
