I recently shaved my head for a freedom wig. ( I have female pattern hair loss, so I still had a lot of hair in the back.)  She left some strands on the sides and at the nape of the neck to help make the wig look more realistic when putting hair up into an do.  I don't really like how strange these hairs make me look now, (not that anyone else really sees me with them, but just for my own sake)  So I'm considering shaving them later, but I'm wondering if the stubble at the nape would show at the end of the day if my hair was up in an updo?  Has anyone ran into this problem?
