Xeljanz Alopecia

Who May in concern
Good day .. I am writing to you from Turkey , My Name is BUSE SAYGILIER , I am 25 years old and I have Alopecia disease since 6 years .. I have started to use XELJANS 1.5 years ago , 5Mg , twice a day … I have been cured shortly and my hair grown up well . However my doctor cut my medicine ; one day 2 tablet , following day1 tablet .. In one month cut to half which was once a day /.. But in the following month , my hair has been started to lose again .. My doctor changed the dosage again and we back to beginning …( 5mg , 2 tablets daily ) But still losing my hair .. doesn’t stop and I don’t know I should do .. do you have any extra recommendations ? Should I do anything additional .. I am in panic and I don’t want to lose all of my hair again ..
I need your kind and urgent help please ..

It will take a while for the dosage at 5mg twice daily to get back into your system,  I had something similar when I tried to decrease the dosage.  However after being on the tablets 2 daily again the hair loss was halted and it grew back, I would imagine that there is a good chance your hairless will stop.  In the meantime you could consider Cortizone injections for the parches
