Hi,does anyone know how to get bloods monitored in the uk without going private?we are having a real problem with g.p’s refusing to monitor bloods because the meds (xeljanz) are not approved for treatment of alopecia.g.p has referred us to a dermatologist at the local hospital.so we are waiting for an appointment.if they refuse to monitor bloods we don’t know where to turn next.private isn’t a realistic option because if there were any thing to show up in the bloods the nhs wouldn’t help.we would have to go private for treatment.this we can’t afford. anyone else had similar experience?
