Xeljanz for excessive shedding (AA Icognita)

I began Xeljanz for my Alopecia Areata Icognita 1 week ago. About how long have most of you gone before you noticed the medicine taking affect? When will my shedding slow down? REALLY hoping this medicine works for me.

I have diffuse aa and started Xelijanz 1 month ago.  Still no new growth and continuous shedding. From what I’ve read it still too early but also haven’t read about too many people that have a diffuse aa have success. Hopefully it works out for us!!

If anyone with diffuse hair loss that had success with X wants to share it sure would give me some hope!!

Even if you have "diffuse" alopecia - I'd love to hear your experience! Diffuse and Incognia are very similar. Thanks!!
