Live in Atl area losing hair dramatically!

I live right outside Atlanta my hair has been falling out since May 2013 but in the last 3 months is coming out in clumps now I have bald spots and extreme thinning. I have seen 2 Dermo, @ Endocro, and 2 internst and no one can figure out what is going on with me. I have had many labs done 2 docs say im border hypothyroid and the other 2 say I am not and in the mean time been put on hormones . biotin, vitamans, you name it nothing helps. Is there a physician in Atlanta that any of you know of that an help me because I sure have not found a soul yet and im in a state of panic right now, having a hard time accepting this, being made in fun of, I have no self confidence as I always did if someone out there can help me please let me know. Dee,

My 21 year old daughter has been battling alopeica for the past 14 months. We have been to a few dermatologists, our family doctor and even our gynecologist. Have you had a scalp biopsy done? My daughter has been having success with the steroid shots and we are seeing growth. We've been going to see Felicia, a physician's assistant at Atlanta Center for Dermatologic Diseases. I don't know what part of Atlanta you live in but they have four office locations -- Cumming, Peachtree-Dunwoody, Old Milton Parkway and Upper Hembree Road in Roswell. By the way, we live in Cumming.
