Hi everyone. Just wondering if anyone knows of a support group for androgentic alopecia in Toronto. I have gone to the CANAAF meetings and although helpful I'd like to meet people going through the same type of hair loss as me. Thanks!

You are correct Jana.  There is no Support Group in Kelowna.  I have several Clients in Kelowna and in the area and no one has set up an informal group/get-together/etc.

Hi Kimberly. I don't believe there is a group in Kelowna. But I admin a Facebook group called AlopeciaCanada that has 140 members and is quite active. Consider joining us!

Wondering if anyone knows if there are any support groups in Kelowna, British Columbia ? I too live in Kelowna , just moved here a year ago. I've had alopecia for over 20!years and have worn wigs for 10. I've never had friends who have had this nor a support group but I feel it would be very helpful as this disease has a very bad psychological affect on girls and women's and it's my new goal to over come this !!!
