So, who gets involved in political activism? I'm finding the older I get the more incensed I become at the growing inequalities in society and big business calling the shots no matter which political party is in 'power'. Anyone agree/disagree it'd be good to get a discussion going. I'm not out to argue with anyone, just would like to hear others points of view and reasons why they hold them.

Well I was with you at the protest and it was great, we the people who are supposed to be the bosses of politicians are ceding them too much power. Democracy survives through eternal vigilance unfortunately in Australia we have become somewhat complacent and allowed the major political parties to have free reign. By the way I am running for the Greens in our State Election and hope you vote for me.
