When I started loosing my hair due to genetics and age, I decided to make it a choice. I am really glad I did make it a choice to be bald because I love it. If I were "blessed" to have a full head of hair, I think I would've still chose to shave it. I have been bald for eight years and I don't plan on growing the little bit of hair I can grow back. Blessed is quoted because many people believe it's a blessing to have a thick mane, I disagree!

Are you able to feel left? Sorry I hope you don't take me seriously, even regarding a serious subject. Have a great weekend and hopefully your comfort can expand. I am still working on mine, even though it is acceptable for guys to be bald, I prefer not to be, since it is not by choice.

I think if everyone would take a risk and shave their heads at least once, they'd all realize that hair isn't necessary.

Sometimes...I have no idea where my words come from...like water which flows from a stream.
Yes Vicky..you are so very, very right about Less water.
We have enough in the food we eat.
Of course we need to consume the correct amount...yet too much could be our demise.
Same as sugar...everything we eat turns into sugar...so why eat it!
I KNOW...WE LOVE IT..RIGHT!
Yet it could shorten our lives.
I also believe in the acid alkaline diet!
I have noticed that to introduce this kind of understanding and thinking..it's a journey which needs to be shared with like minded people...or people who wish to learn.
Just like the journey of Hair Loss/Liberation...so is the Journey of Sharing knowledge!

Of course hair is overrated...anyway, according to scientific papers/researches the humans will continue loosing hair...think back were we come from…and I am sorry but it wasn’t Adam and Eve, it was something much more hairy...

as the temperature of the planet is rising hair will become more and more unnecessary...we also need to consume less and less water...and hair consume too much water...hair is overrated and body health is forgotten...maybe we are the lucky ones to pay attention more to a beautiful and healthy free of hair body than just hair....

That’s at least my opinion and I love my unique look. I see it as a bless and not as a curse as some women do...

Well said Mina!

It has been 16 years for me of dealing with the Hair again-Gone again... and it took me the last 4 years to get to this point of "This is who I am and I am working this look!" not caring what someone has to say about me.

Keep doing what you do! INSPIRE

I try real hard to share the adversity and understanding I have, for those who share the same condition as me...Alopecia!
I am proud to walk with my beautiful sleek look.
My son loves it!
HOWEVER...YES...THERE ARE THOSE WHO HAVE THEIR OPINIONS, JUDGEMENTS, AND PERCEPTIONS ON HOW WE MUST ACT AND FEEL.
I endeavor to help bring a compassionate understanding, of the adversity we all go through...yet the separation of different emotions always have to be evaluated.
This is why..sometimes people may misunderstand me.
I simply wish to stand as support for those who are just beginning the journey into/unto acceptance of oneself.
I try to get to the core of where all of our insecurities come from and let people know that I too have been there.
However......today I stand liberated..proud and happy to be who I am!
