Great idea- I would love to meet up! Name your time and place and I will be there (I work mon-fri so a weekend would be easiest for me).

Would LOVE to catch up with others ...... has been a long lonely road over many years and am sure to have some good tips for all but would equally just like to talk with others in same spot.
I work in Central Wellie but live in Plimmerton so happy to go wherever whenever .......... Angela.

Hi there, i have only just joined AW. I live in Lower Hutt and would love to meet up with other people suffering from alopecia. A weekend would probably suit best.

Hi :) It's been AGES since I've been on here! It's good to see there are a couple more Wellingtonians on here now. I'm sure you all have your wigs and hats on snug today with this awful southerly!!! ;)

I'm not really sure what the easiest way of organising a catch-up would be ... but how about I list off some weekends, and people reply back with which dates suit best. Then we'll go from there :)

Suggestions of what to do are welcome too. I'd be happy with a brunch at a cafe, or the like.

16/17 July

23/24 July (I'm away this weekend!)

30/31 July

6/7 August

13/14 August

20/21 August

27/28 August


Let me know what yas think. I move to Oz at the end of September (!), so meeting you lovely people before then is definitly something I wouldn't want to miss out on :)

Hi Holly i'm still keen for the catch up, i'm free any time other than the last week in august. maybe the last weekend in july could be good(30/31) a sunday brunch could be good

Sounds like a great idea. Any weekend after the 23rd/24th July would suit me. Anytime is fine aswell. Would be nice to meet up with other people who have alopecia and have a chat over a coffee. =)

Sounds good. I will be there! That Janus bakery cafe on High Street near the hospital is quite nice if your thinking of a place to meet. Doesn't bother me though, anyway is good. What time suits?
