My daughter was diagnosed with AA almost four months ago. Before she was diagnosed she would get lumps on her head. They would start off as a big lump and within 24 hours the lumps would open up and puss. This all would happen within a 24hr period. Because it happens so fast I haven't been able to her to a doctor quick enough to find out what they are. The lumps came back and it happened on her bald spots this time and even traveled down to her eyebrow. Again it happened so fast that I couldn't get her to a doctor quick enough for them to see it. They start off hurting then become very itchy. Has anyone else experienced this?? Is this related to AA or is it something completely different? Please help! I'm at a complete loss to this and it's really starting to scare me. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!! Thank you!!
