Hello i noticed a week ago my daughter lost a clump of hair I thot she needed a hair treatment (my daughter is mixed) we got a treatment trimmed her hair and then 4 days later I found the bald spot I called my mom she told me about alopecia she’s a hair dresser so I looked it up made her a dr apt and today she was diagnosed but after all I read I was beyond surprised her family dr didn’t send us to a dermatologist and he acted as if this was nothing but a cold something that would go away and not bother us again. I’m doing more research and getting more confused on what to do or do I just go on like nothing watch this spot to see if it gets worse or doesn’t grow back I feel like a lost momma in this anyone that can give me some insite please do.
