Polish in Midland, Michigan, USA

You have no idea how excited I am to see this "polish" site! I am 100% plish and my Busia was from Poland. My ultimate dream to visit there one day. I've had alopecia for 2 1/2 years now and am still struggling with the emotional effects of it. I just don't show it.

I'm Maryanne. I'd like to visit Poland someday as well. I'm 2nd generation American; all my grandparents were from Poland. I've had Alopecia for about 20 years now and it gets better. I remember well those beginning times when it was very rough to accept and just keep on going like nothing has happened in our lives. Nearly everyday someone new joins Alopecia World so we are not alone.

Do you speak Polish? One of my goals in life is to learn the language!
