Alopecia awareness in South Africa!

Hi there. I have been hairless for 27 years, and finally it dawned on me that I can make a difference! So in January 2015 I want to partake in an Half Ironman race for the purpose of raising alopecia awareness in our beautiful country! Anyone up for joining me? Kom julle, dit gaan pret wees!

Hello,

I have had alopecia universalis for the past 23 years and would love to do something to raise awareness for alopecia.  This is definitely something lacking in SA.  What does the half ironman entail.???I would have to psych myself up for something like that, but sounds like an awesome challenge.
