Hey guys, just wanted to let tell people my story and maybe give some advice that I wish someone had given me.

My alopecia mainly affected my eyebrows throughout highschool (just finished school at the end of last year) and caused them to be extremely patchy. I was looking for anything to hide the patchiness so the other kids at my school wouldn't notice, but when my mum suggested using an eyebrow pencil I couldn't imagine anything worse.

Eventually one day I was sick of seeing them look the way they did so I thought fuck it I'll see how it looks. That was about a year ago and I still continue to use the pencil as it not only makes me feel better about myself but also improves my overall look.

The main point of this post is to encourage guys to look into the idea (even though I know how emasculating it might seem) and it's definitely better than nothing. Don't be ashamed and just do it. Fuck whatever anyone else thinks.
