I started loseing my hair when I was 6 months and just lost all of my hair last summer. Whats yours?

i got alopecia when i was 11. i could hide it then but when i got to 13 it started getting worse so i wore bandanas. when i was 14 i got my first wig and then wore them up to 2 weeks ago and now i can cover up my patches hugs to u guys xx

Its terrible having it as a boy, must be pure Hell as a girl...I wish I knew more girls with it so I could feel that someone understands.

Well I first got Alopecia when I was five or six. When I first told people they thought it was kind of weird but didn't really say anything rude seeing as we were only in first grade. I have now had it for about seven or eight years and am now in Jr. High. After two weeks of school I found out that one of my acquaintances has alopecia. So now me and him are becoming pretty good friends. That's about it.
