Hello maam I have Alopecia since i was 8 years old and today i am 25 i got my hair back when i was 10 year old but after sometime it again start falling i do very long term medicine course of 6 years during which my hairs grows and fall gain after some time. And at the age of 20 i become AU.So again started to take prednisone 3 years before I suffered from cataract which caused dues to heavy dose of steorides and casteriods(mecdinice compostion mythyl prednisone )and also low bone density cause joint pains .Then I stop taking medicines n all n got AU again .At this time i only take homeopathic medicine nothing else which have no any side effect till now and have some improvement after 18 months.
if u need i can inbox u my all pics from 5 yr bck to now .
some other things which i do take a balanced diet with enrich in protien, folic acid, vitamic C ,Omega 3 Drink 200ml frsh apple juice daily which help to improve your immunity, dont be stressed anymore because stress also cause lose of hairs.
Atleast for 15 min daily do meditation which rebuilt your mental health n give courage to fight which this between this think that your hairs are coming .
Never think negative
Do exercise which increases blood circulation in scalp.( google this link http://www.lexiyoga.com/yoga-for-healthy-hair)

in this situation family and friends are biggest support for anyone .
u can also go with LDN.(i do not tried but its giving result for many people).
