Diphencyprone?

I went to a dermatologist yesterday as my gp referred me.  It seemed a waste of time.  She couldn't tell me why my hair fell out and she recommended I try Diphencyprone - I was wondering has anyone with a freedom tried this and if it affects the freedom cap. I have alopecia totalis - at least I found that out!  There didn't seem to be available  what percentage of people have regrowth with this and  I think that it might be a waste of time but you never know.  I've alopecia for ten years.

Has anyone ever been treated with this chemical and how would you wear your freedom with it?

I have a Freedom, however never heard of that treatment.  No treatment will grow hair.  If it does, when you stop it your hair will fall out again.  I have had AU or totalis for 30 plus years.  Alopicia is an autoimmune disorder.
