Hey Ladies
I really want to know if its ok to use heat on the hair..like a curling iron or flat iron (without a thermal protectant)! Someone told me that you should never use heat on human hair without protectant and theres alcohol in all of them! I dont have a Freedom wig yet but did get a Follea so I'm free to shave and get the Freedom. The Follea is the same kind of hair used on the Freedom wigs...so anyone want to advise? Thanks!

Hi there,

Since Freedom wigs are so expensive, I don't recommend using anything other than a blow-drier set on cool. Although it's tempting to use hairspray sometimes, same thing - I say don't. Anything that might shorten the life of this beautiful wig is not a good idea. That's just my opinion - long term Freedom wearers - what do you say?
Hi there My daughter uses hair straightners (GHD)and uses a schwarzkopf BC color save conditioner (leave in) as she has her hair coloured. The hair dresser that cuts her hair has said it is fine to straighten her hair.....she doesn't do it all the time tho.
Thanks Sharon
I have always used heat on my human hair toppers and have never been told not to until i got a full wig. I appreciate your input. Have a great Sunday!!!!!
