Losing hair majorly....need help!

Hello,

I have had my FW now since last June and over the past few months, I have been losing lots of hair while I'm washing it and while I'm styling it. Running my fingers through it gently with make it happen too. I'm positive that I am going to have to send it in to be repaired but I don't have a backup to wear. Anyone know of any good backup suction wigs I can purchase to wear while I'm waiting for my FW to be repaired? I'm terrified of someone figuring out ghat I wear a wig and for the wind to blow it off my head. I'm a little attached to my FW and don't want to part with it but it needs to be repaired quickly. Any advice/suggestions?

That doesn't sound good...My FW has never shed. My experience with repairs is it takes some weeks to return but that was for the silicone break down after I'd worn it for about 4 years. I don't know if its the same with hair replacement. I hope someone here will be more informative. It's a heck of a lot of money to have hair shedding like that.

Thank you, Pat. I agree, I'm freaked out over this. I contacted my Rep last night so I am hoping that we can get to the bottom of this. My other issue is that I don't have a backup to wear while my FW is being repaired and I'm extremely nervous about wearing something other than my FW since I don't want anyone to figure out that I don't have my own hair

Min do this after 1.5 years .start shedding and develop massive bald spots. As soon as I start to notice I place a new order because I too don’t have a back up and I wear mine out so quickly. I’ve always wondered if it was the shampoo or Conditioner I was using or if I’m just really rough with mine
