Repair timeline/cost

I’m sending in my freedom wig for its first set of repairs. It took me a full year to get my wig the first time, really hoping not to be without it for another year for repairs. What is everyone’s experience with repairs? Does it takes as long? Only a few months? 

Also, pricing? If this is TMI no worries. But also curious on average repair pricing.

Did you often make repairs in the house? How many times have you changed windows in your life? When was the last time you bought it? What do you recommend?
