There are plenty of girls that like bald guys! I remember when I was younger and dating, how nervous I would get when I'd have to tell the guys I dated about having alopecia. Luckily none of them was bothered by it, but they did have lots of questions. Even now i walk outside my house without hair thinking no ones outside, but of course that would be that day everyone is out and about doing yard work, washing their cars, and walking their dogs. Haha
I get caught with the "deer in the headlights" look. Lol

Actually, I've been to Aquatica and had to go completely bald. It wasn't bad. It's the stares that get me. When people stare I usually just smile and they turn away. Lol but I'd like to do everything without hair. Florida is way too hot to be wearing wigs everyday. :)

Hope everyone has been doing well! Been MIA for a bit, I need to get back on track! Hope everyone had a lovely Mothers Day weekend! The summer is here! Trying to work up the courage to go bald (no bandana/no hair) this summer. I think this summer may be it! :)

Hi Mark,  I moved to The Villages from Wisconsin 1 year ago, my husband grew up in Minnesota.  I developed AT about a year ago.  I love Florida, love the weather.  I'm jealous that you can go around without covering your head.  Much easier for men than women.  It's very hot to always have your head covered here.  I don't cover at home and all the neighbors are used to it now, still uncomfortable to just head out anywhere else without something on my head.  I hope you enjoy Florida as much as I do.
