I had the AU when I was 13 : 20 years from now. It has changed my life in such a way. When it happened I was too young and too depressed to try to meet similar people, or to try to understand. And Internet was not existing. ;-)
Maybe now's the time to share what I've been through, and to have a brand new look at all this. Comments are welcome.
Bonjour Jeremie, et bienvenue au monde d'alopécie! Je suis heureux vous ai décidé de nous joindre! J'attends avec intérêt de finir par vous connaître mieux, et espère que vous appréciez le temps où vous passez avec nous! Votre nouvel ami, YoKasta
Hi Jeremy, This is a great site. My daughter is 12 (this is her picture in a wig) and has had AU for less then a year. She is fine and doesn't really think about it much, but this site has helped me a lot. As her mom, I want to be prepared for anything. On a different note, our family is actually goint to Paris in November, we are staying in the Opera district. My husband and I have been several times but it's a first time for Katya. She is beyond excited. It's an amazing city!!!!!

I'm from Sweden and got stuck on one of your photos. It's of a guy with a t-shirt that says "the joy of fcuk". Is it Simon from Sweden? I remember him from a tv-show in the 90'ies.
